Lemon-Pomegranate Electrolyte Drink

  • Lemon – ¼ cup
  • Pomegranate juice – ¼ cups
  • Coconut water – 1 ½ cups
  • Cold Water – 2 Cups
  • Salt – ¼ Teaspoon

Directions

All you need to do is add ingredients together, whisk a little bit and serve.

Citrus Electrolyte Drink

  • Lemon – ¼ cup
  • Orange – ½ Cup
  • Water – 2 Cups
  • Raw honey – 2 Tablespoon
