- Press every acupressure point on your hand (see diagram) that is connected with the physical location of your pain. Hold it for 5 seconds.
- After 5 seconds, release for 3 seconds.
- Repeat process for a few minutes on the same point.
- The pain will gradually decrease immediately after you repeat the acupressure treatments.
